Trainers Training

Licensed to certify. Trained to teach.

MAYBE YOU’VE FELT CALLED TO TEACH…

…but part of you wonders:

What if I lose the room?
What if someone challenges me?
What if the demonstration doesn’t work the way I expected?
What if I know the material but suddenly can’t find the words?
What if everyone is looking at me and I can feel the energy dropping?
What if I’m technically correct…
…but I’m not compelling?

These aren’t signs that you aren’t ready to become a trainer.

They’re signs that training people is a different skill from coaching them.

YOU DON’T NEED ANOTHER TECHNIQUE

You’ve already learned the techniques.

You don’t need another certification to hang on the wall.
You don’t need more information.

You need to become exceptional at sharing what you already know.

How to use your voice so people listen.
How to structure information so people actually learn.
How to tell a story that makes a concept unforgettable.
How to demonstrate a technique in front of twenty people while simultaneously protecting the person in the chair.
How to read a room.
How to interrupt a drop in energy.
How to handle the person who disagrees with you.
How to keep your authority when something goes wrong.
How to teach the YES SUPPLY Method without slowly changing the method itself.

And how to walk into your first training knowing:

I have been evaluated for this.

Not once.

But from many different angles and approaches

Introducing The YES SUPPLY Method Trainers Training

A 22-week trainer development experience starting October 29th, 2026

designed to take you from “I know how to use the YES SUPPLY Method.” to: “I know how to teach it.”

IMAGINE WALKING INTO YOUR FIRST TRAINING…

…and instead of wondering:

“Am I ready for this?”

You know you are.

You know how to open the room.

You know where to stand.

You know how to use silence.

You know how to change your tonality when you need authority.

You know how to build anticipation before you teach.

You know how to explain something three different ways when somebody doesn’t understand.

You know how to run a demonstration.

You know how to protect the person in the chair while still teaching everyone watching.

You know how to spot the moment attention starts dropping.

You know how to bring the room back.

And when the unexpected happens…

you don’t panic.

You recover.

Because you’ve practiced that too.

That is what this training is designed to create.

BECAUSE GREAT TRAINERS AREN’T JUST PEOPLE WHO KNOW A LOT.

They know how to create learning.

There are people who understand a concept brilliantly and cannot teach it.

And there are trainers whose students remember something they said ten years later.

That difference often comes down to skills most certification programs barely touch:

Voice.
Presence.
Structure.
Story.
Language.
Demonstration.
Energy.
Safety.
Room control.
Recovery.
And repetition.

That is the craft underneath the curriculum.

And that is what you will spend 22 weeks developing.

HERE’S HOW THE TRAINING WORKS

Every week includes live teaching.

Between calls, you’ll have a short recorded lesson and work to complete.

Then we build, layer by layer.

WEEKS 1–3: THE INSTRUMENT

Before you teach the material…
you learn to use yourself as the instrument.

You’ll develop:

Vocal range.
Pitch.

Tempo.
Volume.
Timbre.
Silence.
Stage anchors.
State management.
Pattern interrupts.
Charisma.

You’ll begin noticing things you probably never consciously noticed before:

Why one person can say a sentence and command the entire room…
while another person says exactly the same sentence and nobody moves.

WEEKS 4-7: STRUCTURE + STORY

Knowing something does not automatically mean you know how to teach it.

You’ll learn how to create a teaching segment using 4MAT:
Stories.
Why.
What.
How.
What If.

So your students understand why something matters before you flood them with information.

You’ll also learn:
ABT — And, But, Therefore.
The Hero’s Journey.
Open loops.
Metaphor.
Reframes.
Platform language.
Story architecture.

And you’ll create something you can continue using throughout your career: Each connected to a specific teaching point and mapped to a place inside your training.

Instead of wondering: “What story should I tell here?”

You’ll have an inventory.

WEEKS 8–9: THE UNSCRIPTED ROOM

The next phase is all about the humans in front of you.

What happens when someone challenges you?
What happens when a demo produces no visible shift?
What happens when someone has a strong emotional reaction?
What happens when a participant begins dominating the room?
What happens when you need to stop a process?

You’ll learn:

How to select and protect a demo subject.
How to frame a demonstration for everyone watching.
How to give instructions people can actually follow.
How to recover from an unsuccessful demonstration.

Safety and containment.
Scope of practice.
When to continue.
When to stop.
When to refer out.

And how to maintain your authority without becoming rigid.

THEN COMES THE PART THAT MAKES THIS DIFFERENT. YOU TEACH.

Not once.

Across Weeks 10–21, you will complete evaluated teach-backs covering:

Submodalities
Anchoring
EFT + Somatic Tools
Parts
NEE
Hypnosis

Your segments are assigned.

Which means you don’t get to simply choose the technique you feel most comfortable teaching.

Because the objective isn’t to prove that you can deliver your favourite material.

The objective is to develop a true speaker and trainer.

AND EVERY TEACH-BACK IS EVALUATED.

Before you begin, you will receive the exact rubric you are being assessed against.

There are no mystery standards.

You’ll be evaluated on:

FRAME + OPEN LOOP

Can you establish context, relevance and outcome quickly?

STRUCTURE

Does the segment have a shape — or is it simply information?

VOCAL INSTRUMENT

Are you deliberately using pitch, pace, volume, timbre and silence?

LANGUAGE PRECISION

Are your questions clean? Is your language intentional?

ROOM CONTROL

Can you track energy and attention while maintaining the room? Are you practicing trauma sensitivity, and safety while holding a room.

DEMO EXECUTION

Is the demonstration safe, useful and educational for everyone watching?

METHOD FIDELITY

Are you teaching the terminology and sequence as designed?

CLOSE + INTEGRATION

Do you consolidate the learning and actually finish the segment?

And after each evaluation you receive:
Your scores.
The strongest thing you did.

And:
Exact things to improve next.
Things you can actually integrate before you teach again.

I won’t just teach you how to train,

I’ll teach you how I fill trainings.

I wanted you to have what you need to actually build something with it.

Because there’s another problem with certifications:

Someone gives you a certificate…

…and then essentially says:

“Good luck.”

You start from an empty Google Doc trying to figure out:

What slides do I need?
What should the workbook look like?
How do I grade students?
What do I send someone who misses class?
How do certificates work?
What should my agreements say?
How do I sell the training?
How do I talk about results responsibly?
How do I actually operate this?

I don’t want our trainers rebuilding a system from scratch that we have already spent years creating.

THIS IS FOR YOU IF…

You have completed the YES SUPPLY Method Master Practitioner Certification.

You have real client hours behind you.
You feel a genuine pull toward teaching.
You want to run trainings, not simply add another credential to your bio.
You want to build a business around your expertise.

You want your own students.
Your own room.
Your own stories.
Your own voice.
Your own pricing.
Your own brand.

While being backed by an established certification and methodology.

And you care enough about the work to be evaluated on how well you deliver it.

THIS PROBABLY ISN’T FOR YOU IF…

You simply want more techniques.

You want another credential without being assessed.

You aren’t intending to actually teach or lead rooms

Or you don’t want anyone observing how you facilitate. There are easier trainer certifications.

This was intentionally designed not to be one of them.

THIS IS BIGGER THAN LEARNING HOW TO GIVE A GOOD PRESENTATION.

You already became the practitioner.

You learned how to facilitate change one person at a time.

Now there is another possibility.

Imagine one person learns from you.
Then she works with twenty clients.
Another person learns from you.
He works with fifty.

Another person becomes the person in her community who finally makes this kind of work accessible.

At some point, the impact stops being limited to the number of people you personally have time to coach.

That is what teaching makes possible.

And it is why I take this level of the work so seriously.

Because once you become the trainer…
you aren’t only responsible for what happens in your room.

You are influencing what happens in every room your students eventually enter too.

YOU ALREADY KNOW THE METHOD.

The question now is whether you’re ready to stand at the front of the room.

To teach it.
To protect it.
To make it unforgettable.

And eventually…
to pass it on.

Licensed to certify.
Trained to teach.
